Hi all, hope everyone is doing well with their goals. I've been working pretty hard in the gym since I came up on the 60 Mark toy wedding. I want to be in my best shape for that day because I know there will be so many pictures an videos that I will have forever. I want to look back on that day years from now and know that I was living a healthy lifestyle. Weighing in in the morning and taking my blood pressure AND WRITING IT DOWN have helped me stay focused with my eating as the day goes on.
