I baked 80+ cookies for my husband’s students. Ate a couple of them (new recipe, had to taste test right? 😜). Still managed to stick pretty close to my daily count. Slept like absolute crap because someone was setting off fireworks and my poor dog was terrified. With extra calories and less sleep, I’m pretty shocked and totally thrilled with this big drop! Woohoo, feels like my body is finally just letting go this week!!!
165.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
