I'm so close to being under 200lbs. Can't remember the last time I saw these numbers on the scale but it has been years!! Back to the gym again today then afterwards I have a new shrimp recipe with grilled veggies to try :)
200.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
