A week on holiday and still the same. Not too bad seeing as I ate terribly.

I'm finding work pretty horrible & stressful at the moment and it just makes me want to eat bad and not find time for exercise! A downward spiral :( How to get out of it!!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
