I did 40 min of yoga x today - still playing catch up and plan to do more tonight, core on saturday and kenpo on sunday. then on to the final week which is a recovery week! Kind of wish I had done ab ribber more and did more of the yoga but I almost gave up entirely so that was my comprosmise. Next round my back will be stronger and will be doing abx every other day. But on the 23 i will do final measurement and caluclate totals. Pleased to see the scale at 144 today!!! I have to stay on track this weekend - no slip ups!! I did have chiptole for lunch but the great thing about that place- is you watch them make it and tell them what you want on it. So I got a salad, just alittle rice, chicken, tomato mixture, lettuce, very little cheese and hot sauce and gaucomole, no sour cream or chips! If I just stay at 144 by Monday with no lose for the weekend that is fine-just don't want to see it go up.
