Was not expecting this but totally thrilled! Life is so bonkers, I’m working every hour of the day and trying to prep for our big trip all while CICO and getting in my steps. Needless to say some things fall to the wayside so this is a nice boost letting me know my best right now is enough.
166.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
