at a certain point we will maintain. so after losing 40 pounds in less than a year, the next "mental" step is be content with maintaining and not chase more weight loss. i'm still eating gas station pies saturday for cheat day
154.6 lb Lost so far: 75.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
