this is my 4th day of jogging a bit. I am walking every day but I go to a park and I add a little bit of jogging while I am in the park..I am trying to get a few lbs. off that way...I am trying to stay away from carbs...🙄
195.6 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
