daughter was here past weekend. went to a few asian restaurants eating dumplings
plus sunday had a 6"sub plus 1/2 serving of fries
trying to cut down on carbs..cant go on scale yet..walking every day though....
so total steps for month is 250837..
196.2 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
