Goal achieved! I set out to lose 40 lbs in 4 months. Today I weighed in at 194.6 (goal=195). I missed the 4 month mark by 2 weeks (late) but who is counting :) I think I'll drop another pound or two to make sure my hi/lo weights for the week actually stay below 195, and then start to figure out my maintenance plan. I am a little nervous about moving into maintenance and upsetting the apple cart. I have worked so hard, and do not want to give anything back. I'll likely approach my maintenance caloric level slowly over a couple of weeks. Thanks to EVERYONE here for their support over the past several months. Your encouragement has meant more than I can express.
