Haven't been on in a few weeks. Life has gotten super busy, which means I have not taken time for myself. Hence the weight increase AGAIN!!! I am just not mentally getting it this time. I am not sure what it is going to take to MENTALLY get it but I HAVE TO. I am so frustrated, have 5 weeks til a major work event and currently at the rate I am going, will have nothing professional to wear as I have taken all my BIG CLOTHES to Goodwill and stuff I wore last year are tight right now. I have to figure out what is going on in my head to keep me from doing the right things. Today at work I ate an entire bag of baked pita chips. Just munched until they were all gone, 800 calories HOLY COW!!! What is wrong with me. Do I not remember what I felt like in 2009 when I had lost down to 158 pounds, do I just not want to have that same look, that same feeling again! I am almost to a breaking point. Something has to give and FAST!
