Be careful with diet pills - most of them gave me heart palpitations. I've taken all sorts of different ones, and have found that coffee gets the job done just as well. Caffeine, which is found in both, suppresses hunger and gives you energy. Coffee is cheaper and less likely to make you jittery. Good luck!

WHat kind of "diet pills"? Most of them are really bad for your heart.

Until your eating better (more nutritious) those diet pills will just be a bandage, and the weight will skyrocket once you come off of it. Maybe you need to sit down with a Nutritionist who can guide you.

Good advise, even if you take the pounds off with the pills, you will gain it back , if you haven't changed your eating habits. I have been there and done that many times.
We all should know that there are no gimmicks that is going to help us get healthy , other then learning how to eat healthy and live healthier and the weight will come off.
