Thank you so much, it means a lot to me. To be honest I had zero hope of ever achieving my goal when I first started my journey. To me, weight loss was a miraculous and impossible feat that only a few lucky individuals experienced. It seemed so insurmountable and I built it up so much in my head, that now that I semi-know what I'm doing it seems easy in comparison 😅
