not sure how i feel about this "week to recover from a cheat day" pattern. however, last week I had stomach pain after cheat day, so I could've ate some bad food or had a virus that affected digestion. this cheat day, I will try to dial it down a notch. maybe
154.4 lb Lost so far: 75.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
