hmm. wish i was smarter to know why i'm stuck up at this number. possible inaccuracy of calories? probably not. building muscle? that's a big maybe. change in menu this week adding fruit with some salt on it? i'm thinking maybe on that too. anyway, focus on the positive.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
