Hello Friends! I stopped recording my foods and became very liberal with sweets and just generally eating too much - I'm an emotional eater and just keep going even when fill. yesterday I bought a Galaxy 4 watch to help keep track of my steps and calories in the hopes that I can get down to where I want to be. I stuck to my suggested calorie intake but couldn't sleep. In the past this has happened sometimes when I can't sleep but if I eat a bit I will fall asleep. how can I manage this?
