Being really careful to put only healthy food in my mouth for fuel. Went out to dinner at Outback Steakhouse last night and was able to eat reasonably there, too. Granddaughter was recognized at a Commonwealth Governor's School event, and she chose Outback for celebration dinner. Going to look at houses today. I need a place to live!
185.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
