Its been an up and down roller coaster these last 2 weeks. But, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I've found a new morning work out, the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Only 20mins of a work out, and what a work out it is. This week I have been hitting that and the bike to work and stayed off the scale to see if that would help mentally and sure enough Im down a pound and 196 never looked so good. Should be able to continue this pace and hopefully by the end of next week another pound will be gone and I'll be closer to that 6-pack.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
