Gotta keep my head in the game. I started counting calories August 27 2021. I lost 40lbs and kinda stopped counting calories for the most part since January and gained about 5 back. Now I have 2 more to lose to be back at the 40.. And hopefully the numbers keep going down. Next goal 199.9. 19.9 to go…. Still haven’t started incorporating any exercise other than I try to get 5000 steps in a day.
