I'm tired of trying
166.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there. Looks like you're doing great 👍 I keep losing and gaining back the same 2 pounds and can't seem to break through again.

Me too! But the fear of failure is strong for me! I am PETRIFIED of returning to the old me. I am here to cheer you on! I will push you if you feel like you can't push any farther! I know YOU CAN!! Never quit! But also, be kind to yourself. This has to be a change in lifestyle. AND it has to make sense for you or it won't stick! Be strong my friend! You GOT this!! 🙏 🥰 ⭐️ 🌞 🌝 🌎

It's okay, just step back, take a deep breath and look at how much you've accomplished. If it were easy, none of us would be here. Good luck on your journey.

Cheer up!!! Dieting is a life long adventure and mind set. When I do what I am suppose to do, the pounds come off, when I don't they, they don't . Get your correct calorie count from google and start from there
