I wouldn't. Your body fluctuates to much and it could get upsetting seeing it go up and down all the time. Better to do it once a week I think

Don't do it if the number is going to freak you out. Your true weight can be anywhere within a range of 5 lbs or more. If you tracked what the scale said every day you'd have a better idea of what the fluctuations really mean. Like this week, say you had readings between 153-157 in the last 7 days. If you keep tracking, a month from now you could end up with readings in the 150-154 range. So does it matter all that much what the range is, as long as the average is moving downward? Keep it in perspective & daily weigh-ins are fine. If not, hide the scale & pull it out once a month. Yes, MONTH. Even weekly readings aren't as meaningful as month to month trends. And take your measurements once a month too.

I weigh daily to keep myself on track. Always in the morning, at the same time. I've not experienced a fluctuation in daily weigh-ins and I've done it off and on for years. If I'm doing what I'm supposed to do, the number is ALWAYS down the next morning, even if it's just .3 lbs. If it's a gain, it's generally expected know I went out of my calorie range the previous day. I will say that it can lead to a addictive state of mind but it can also make you feel good each day. Not everyone is the same ... but I find weighing in daily keeps my will power where it needs to be.

I weigh in daily. It helps me start my day with renewed focus on my goals. Yes, it fluctuates. Yes, it frustrates. But when it does, its a signal for putting in that tad bit extra effort to stay low on sugar and sodium to avoid excess water retention. I also maintain a spreadsheet of daily weight to know my body better. E.g now I know that my max weight loss happens 3-7 days from last day of period. So, I try to be strict on diet and exercise to take maximum advantage of that period.

I usually weigh every day too.. is the first thing I do when I get up so is usually around the sametime except for the weekends,I also feel like it keeps me on track to weigh everyday or at least one a week but when comparing I will use month to month #'s and base my weight lost or gain on that... :/
