This lack of weight loss is giving me the pip
180.8 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yeah im strugglng a bit at the moment. every day im going over my RDI. need to slap myself into shape. keep taking each day at a time. we can still make a difference.
