I'm so disgusted with myself, I went from being an elite athlete in my late 20's completely Ripped, on a 6k calorie diet, 195lbs. To an office worker that just weighed in at 261, heaviest I've been. Part of it injury, most of it bad eating.
I'm starting a quest... I'm going back to the thin me. No more yo-yo weight loss.
I know how to control my weight, i just didn't have the willpower. I do now.
