DXA scan today. I weighed 160 lbs on the scale but it gave me a total body mass of 164 lbs, so I'm curious how it calculates total mass. Lean body mass was 150 lbs, so depending on the total body weight measurement used, my body fat percentage is 6.25% to 9.1%. Given my mirror body image, I would say 9% is more accurate. Either way, I'm excited to start my bulk next week and just take it slowly up to 180 lbs or so. Pictures here
