I love Phase 1 of this diet!!! I know you are supposed to weigh yourself maybe once a week but I checked again today and I've lost another pound in one day. I can already tell that my pants are fitting a little looser than they were.

This first week I'm just getting used to the diet and not exercising but I am taking the 5 flights of stairs up to my office at work everyday. Starting this coming Monday everyday after work I'm going to work out on my Wii Fit. I'm hoping that the next time I get on it will show enough of a change that it won't make my Wii Fit character blow up and be sad because she has a BMI above 25!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 56.0 lb a week
