So while reading my shape magazine last night I realized that I am at the weight now where it's probably going to be pretty slow going for me if I only choose to continue dieting and not exercising. This is why I have decided that for every day during my lunch break I will be walking instead of feeding my face.
I'm also setting limitations for myself... mainly because I'm totally addicted to the Sims 3, and because I think my son needs to spend more time outside. So after work I am going to make an effort to have fun things for Gabe to do that involve being outside. I also am going to try going to bed earlier at night as well as wake up earlier in the morning so I can exercise and make myself look more presentable for work. I want to work on getting to my job early rather than rushing to make it on time.
I'll let you know how it goes, but I'm pretty excited about it right now.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
