Back to 146.5- which I was at 2 weeks ago and slipped alittle. Stayed under 100g carbs these last two days and aim for that the rest of the week. Decided not to do the 20g induction because of p90x- I know I wouldn't be able to. Hopeing for 145.5 by Monday and get back to weighing in on Mondays. I just can't weigh in on those days when the water/sugar makes me back up to 149 so I wait till its back down. I quess thats cheating but if I don't log it to me it's not offical. lol - alittle silly.
Baby and I got in almost a 3 mile walk last night with me jogging a little ways on the way home. I would have to slow down for other people on the side walk or cars if I had to get on the street.
Hit snooze once this morning and it didn't go back off- luckily I woke up at 4:50 so still got in 34 min of shoulders and arms dvd. Wrote down the time left(24.25) and put it on fridge so will get remaining in and probably a walk with baby.
146.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
