Well just had a weigh in at the gym. Because of the bad way I've been eating lately i thought it would be bad news but I actually gained! And for me and my goals that's good news so I'm happy! Hope all is well and healthy! Stay strong and keep at it, its worth it. Peace!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

I'm so confused, I think the scale I have here and the one I have at home give completely different numbers. Hoping the lowest one is the right one, hahaha. . guess I should weigh myself at the gym and then on my own scale after to compare before I weigh in. How accurate do you think are the scales at Virgin Active?
