Up 1.4lbs and don't really understand how. I know that I'm not doing enough exercise but am I'm still hitting my daily RDI and it was working for me before. I guess I do understand how. I got to put in the work. Hopefully I can get in an hour of exercise today.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
