Not much change. Walked quite a bit yesterday. I've had a rather busy weekend. Back to the normal grind.
224.4 lb Lost so far: 112.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup back to the grind today. Maintaining is sure better than gaining. Just finished exercising this morning. Ever try kettlebells? They are awesome. Have a great day new buddy..

any movement is better then none...but also good to give your body rest when it needs it..have a greattttttttt one today...

I've tried, and have, dumbbells, which are useful for some exercises at home.
