I should have seen this coming.
Mentally I kept saying tomorrow is a new day, and that day I would go all in and eat all the bad things. That new day would come breakfast and lunch go great and dinner time It all falls apart. Boredom, stress, access to unhealthy foods-all play a part. But it’s my lack of strong will, and planning that has lead to the highest weight in quite a while. Instead of continuing to regret behavior and berate myself for it, I need to focus and plan. Save $ and cook. Plan out meals. Im the only one buying this garbage food, so I’m the only one to blame. Hire a personal trainer. Get my mind right. Looking forward to my next entry where I humble brag about all the good things I’ve been doing for myself, my health-both physical and possibly more important-mental.
