Went out to eat at Carrabba's last night. Will document in my food diary when I get the time. But definitely thought I would be gaining rather than losing after the 1/4 loaf of bread, soup, 1/3 shrimp diavolo and 3/4 of grilled chicken with pasta. Maybe that would have been fine but I definitely felt guilty after the two tall Peronis. Either way I plan to be much more considerate of my RDI this week. Hopefully I can reach my goal by next Friday.
