30.5% fat 36.3% muscle I made my goal of being under 205 lbs before the end of April. Now I'm aiming for under 200lbs my end of May. I'd really like to see the bodyfat get below 30%. I don't know how accurate my scales are on body composition, but I look a lot harder and more defined than I did at 34% fat. I can wear some of the shirts I wore before I got really fat, but the pants are still too small. I'll have a cheat day, but I won't overdo it.
