Been off for couple of days, needed to get my mind into it again. My family has all decided to start eating healthier and maybe lose a few pounds in the process. Hopefully it will also help me not to have other things in house I( shouldn't be eating.
261.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 86.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
