lots of successes. almost lost it last night. grandaught wanted to eat my food. we ended up sharing two lo-cal meals so i could stay on diet. lots of veggies.
223.7 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
