Today is a good day! I got on the scale this morning, and I've lost another 1 1/2 pounds! YAY!!! Walked on the treadmill for an hour, and now I'm about to have a piece of broiled Tilapia, steamed cabbage, and 1/2 grapefruit. Also, got to have my green tea. :-) Continue to be blessed and don't cheat!!! Have a wonderful day!!! :-)
