I have entered the second phase of my diet. I've lost enough weight that I can exercise. It has been great. I know it will make it more difficult to measure my weight over the next while - as muscle weighs. Right now I am working on strength building.

I've started wearing 2lb ankle weights through the day, and doing short sets of strength building exercises. I figure that I can't do the fat burning cardio until I build some muscle.

The good thing is - I'm losing inches doing it. When I started last Monday, the ankle weights barely fit. Today I pulled the straps to put them on and figure that I've already lost an inch on my ankles. I've also lost about 1-2" on my calfs. But the biggest gain is the tightening of my butt.

I didn't do a 'program'. I just got a magazine and do the exercises that I can do without strain. I do them until I feel a slight burn, then take a break. I might work out 2 or 3 times a day, for 5 to 30 minutes.

The only real change to my diet is adding a fiber supplement, fish oil, and a calcium supplement.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
