no loss for the past few days. I think I need to suck it up and start excercising. The problem: gettting up earlier. I needto and will start gettting up at 7 and get to bed by 11. that way I will have time to excercise and it will also get me into the habit I want to get into when we start homeschooling again in August.

well at leas I am not gaining. If I don't start seeing results in a couple weeks then I will ahve to reduce my calorie intake as well.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
