Week 5 day 3 - Arms workout... could feel the work in the biceps and triceps, the 4kg makes me feel like i'm working out - will change to higher weights at week 7 or week 8 as i think I should stick to these weights for at least 4 weeks. Still practicing tricep dips and have to use the assisted machine for it...doing 8 with assistance but can barely manage 2 without assistance...will keep practicing and try and add one every week.
