Hi, everyone! I started the HCG diet on Saturday, and I've already loss 2 1/2 pounds since my 2 loading days. I really like it! Wish me luck!!! :-)
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

What is the HCG diet?

The HCG Diet is a weight loss program that consists of 4 phases of the diet. It is a natural hormone/protein substance that helps burn off fat at a rapid pace while following a very low calorie diet. You have the option of taking drops several times a day or injections (I'm doing the drops). I found out about it on youtube. After seeing so many successful people lose their weight on HCG, I've decided to give it a try! Their videos are so inspiring! There was even a discussion about the HCG diet on Dr. Oz a couple of weeks ago. Let'see what happens. I'm working on getting my sexy back!!! :-)

I'm on my Day 1 and feeling awful. I hate eating so much. Can't wait for day 3!

I felt the same way! I was literally sick of eating on day 2. I couldn't wait for Sunday to end. I felt like new money yesterday when I started the low calorie part of the diet. Good luck & DON'T CHEAT! WE CAN DO IT!!! :-)
