I love and hate holidays at the same time. My brother and sister-in-law suprised the family by briving 10 hours to show up on the fourth of july! We had a great couple of days. I ate everything I could cram in my mouth, didn't exercise, and drank A LOT OF ALCOHOL. I knew I was gonna gain weight, I just wasn't expexcting that much! I am hoping some of it is carb and water weight gain (tons of salt). I will just have to work harder, but I wouldn't have changed a thing from the holiday!!
193.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's the point of holidays...you can let your hair down and just enjoy yourself. I did the same thing and gained a bit this week..but I wouldn't go back and change anything about the great time I had. We're entitled to do that every once in a while. We all work hard at this thing called fitness that it's perfectly cool to let the guard down and just plain have a blast once in a while.
