Feeling quite content today. I'm pleased with the way everything turned out. Calipers have said 13% bf for the last 3 days. Love handles are gone. Though this has turned out to be a far slower process than I had envisioned, I'm pleased with the results I'm getting. I don't feel hungry even on the lower calorie days. Have a great day everyone. Good for you. Both happiness and sadness are fleeting. Being content is the one feeling we can hold onto for a far longer time and what we all should strive for. A Simple Man is one of my top 10 favs.

Of course I have girl magnets. They're the pickups on my electric guitar. It doesn't hurt that I can sing either.
