I needed a complete day of rest. No work..no gym on Tuesday. Sometimes you have to listen to your body. To the FS family members getting sabotaged by friends and family, I say ignore the passive aggressive bs and just stay focused and strong. Misery loves company and it truly amazes me how many people DO NOT WANT YOU TO SUCCEED! I've experienced it at work with people mocking my fasting at work (only water bottles), while they insist on throwing giant junk lunches and snacks in my face. I just smile and say....Looks great! I'm side stepping any drama/confrontation/ or judgements. Well...onward and upward.

Love your attitude, that’s amazing you are able to recognize this crap. Understanding that you doing this for you and solely for you ,is so vital in anything that you do. And you being healthy is a reward to everybody else around you because you become more able💪💪🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for the love/hugs/High 5's, I return them as well. I to read your profile. However, it doesn't appear to me you are an ex-pretty boy.... ya know. It's what's in the heart that counts and I know you haven't lost that. The word "sabotage" wanders through my mind as well. I wonder if it is "purposely" or "subliminal" or "just plain not thinking"... It's a thought well processed but I like your take on it.
