Scale read 147 so logged it today since it asked for weigh in,much better than 149.5 like i saw yesterday. I knew it was water and too much sugar. Back on track but still not sure I will get to 145 by Monday. Maybe. Today was carido x. Maybe if it's not raining again, baby and I can get in a walk after work. Tuna and baby spring mix and lentil soup for lunch. Eatting as clean as I can to get there. My reward is a pair of wedges sandles!
