Sunday. 30 minute spinning, 15 minutes weights. 10 minutes cool down. nose did fine. no blood pressure issues.
I think I can get back on track.
been a long 6 months of medical/cycle accident recovery.
225.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
