allowed myself 2 cheat days due to being on a mini vacation. so all in all, not bad damage wise. looking forward to back on structured diet. up early this morning making all my meals for the week. some say that cheat meals/days may be dangerous to wellness plans. but, I'm lucky to be able to say it recharges my discipline and I look forward to getting back on the diet. i love cheat days, but I value the structured days a little bit more.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
