Slipped again yesterday. Too much beer. Limiting myself to two 16oz Natty Lites. Gotta exercise today I've got an important meeting on Sunday and I want to look and FEEL my best.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
