😐 Crazy scale shows no loss or down two pounds depending on what I wanted to choose. Not really sure which is correct. I'll keep no loss for this week and see what next week brings. I do see I have a waist now and this morning I was able to get into a smaller pair of my straight leg jeans that have no stretch material in them and zipped them up without holding in my stomach or lying on the bed 🙃 to get them zipped. My water intake was better this week. I kept up my walking this week. My speed has increased and I doubled my exercise on some days. Still finding my way for the long haul but feeling better physically and mentally because of opting for more natural foods and moving away from many processed foods.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent progress, especially when you can see it yourself. And fitting into clothes that you couldn’t in a while is a great feeling. You got this.

Thanks so much for the support everyone!

@TomB0327 thank you! I'm trying to look at the positives from one week to the next. Weight can fluctuate from week to week so the number on the scale can't represent success or failure. Weekly weighing really isn't reliable. Once every two weeks might give me a more accurate picture. But no big whoop 😉

You're doing everything right. Don't worry about the scale going up and down on a daily basis. It was making me nuts. I weigh in everyday but just take the monthly number seriously.

@CrystalJo74 thank you! I look for you info charts every day. They're fun and very helpful. Your own ourney is an very inspirational one. What does NSV mean? 🤔

Non Scale Victories...other ways of measuring success & progress (not just what the scale says!) Looser fitting clothes, increased speed & endurance, loss of 'inches' by measuring, etc.
