A few days of being tired and I'm a fat ass guzzling drinks and junk food. Yay. Sleep should be priority one.
230.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it brother - I’m down from your current weight to 163! If I can do it -you can do it. It just takes a little bit of exercise every day and cutting those calories good luck!
