Weight stable and dropping kcal. Note my new training and recovery days because of my class schedule at Bastyr this summer. Cut came from carbohydrates.

220g Cho = 880 kcal (39%)
160.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
